My yoga philosophy

Our yoga practice can teach us a lot about taking care of ourselves. Here are some of my principles:

  • Building a strong and resilient body.

  • Learning how to be still.

  • Moving intuitively.

  • Learning to appreciate the body we have and treat it with kindness and respect.

  • Balancing power and strength with softness and release.

  • Letting go of things that do not serve us - patterns, relationships, habits, jobs.

  • Having an open heart - being ready to receive.

  • It’s not only ok to be vulnerable, it’s good. It connects us to each other. Human connection is everything.
