Charity Yoga Pop-Up - Sat 12 October @ 10am | The Giddy Kid Cafe, D14
In aid of The Alzheimer Society of Ireland
Join us for a lovely morning of yoga and chats for a really special cause at the Giddy Kid Cafe in Goatsown.
It will be an energy-boosting morning yoga practice (lasting 50 min. approx) which will be suitable for all levels.
We are also holding a raffle with some super prizes donated from local businesses. Hopefully you can stay for a coffee afterwards.The cafe have kindly offered to make a donation for each cup of coffee bought by any attendees!
Booking is free. We will have donation buckets and a QR code on the day for donations. You can also donate via the GoFundMe page (link below) which has more detail on the charity and the reasons for supporting the amazing work they do at The Alzeimer Society of Ireland.
